I have been in your shoes, i have been at both ends of the scale. From struggling with an eating disorder in my early teens to then struggling with binge eating after the birth of my daughter. I know what it feels like to feel out of control with your health and your own mind.
Investing in my health saved me in so many ways & i want other woman to feel just how good it feels when you finally put yourself first.
It can seem quite daunting investing into a coach but trust me you will never regret investing in your health, this is not about helping you gain muscle or lose body fat. I aim to help you level up in all aspects of your life.
I have always struggled with my relationship with food growing up as well as body confidence and i know you have felt the same at some point in your life.
i know how it feels to wear baggy clothes or to hate clothes shopping in public. How it feels to cancel social events because you feel like you look like shrek the ogre.
All jokes aside, i don't want you to feel that way anymore. That is why i became a coach, to help woman like YOU to feel sexy, feel confident & most importantly love the process and yourself for who you are becoming. The journey will never be seamless, life never is but i can promise you that if you put your trust in me i will open doors for you that you never even thought about knocking on.
You can truly become whoever you want to be, you just need to step into alignment with her every day. to do that you need to think about what the version of you would do, how she would show up?
Maybe she would say fck yess to jumping on the SWSC team, but the current version of you is still holding yourself back. telling yourself reasons why you cannot become that version of yourself that you deserve to become.
My whole life truly Shifted when i looked into the beliefs i had about myself and rewired my brain. I put in the work to figure out what was truly holding me back and how i can kick those limiting beliefs to the curb. This was not a matter of weeks but years of showing up as the person i wanted to be and stepping into alignment with that women.

2 years ago i could not even leave the house & i isolated myself because of my mental health. Now i have my own fitness studio where i teach classes, have a thriving online business where i help other women to build confidence in body and mind and i have full confidence and self belief in myself.
I would of laughed if you told me i would be doing all this 2 years ago. It takes time but my energy is contageous and i will have you believing that you can achieve anything you set your mind too!
They say when you are scared of doing something, you should jump right in. Otherwise you spend your whole life staying in the same place.

Absolutely! We’ve worked with hundreds of girls with a multitude of dietary requirements and preferences. You will notify us of these and we will create a plan that is best suited to you!
We have had clients stay with us for a few years, but also clients who stay with us for a few months! We reccomend 12 weeks as this is an optimal time frame to see some sustainable results. However, we understand life happens and plans chance so we do not hold you down to a commited timeframe.
At SWSC we have multiple approaches depending on the client, their history and of course their goal. We are honest, trustworthy and transparent. We will provide you with an in depth meal and training plan personalised to you and your goals. Weekly or bi-weekly progress check- ins with our team to ensure that you’re making the most out of your day to day routine. We will support and guide you through every step of the way, no question is too big or too silly!
You have total freedom, you can either pay upfront for 12 weeks or monthly!
YES! We love working with gym and coaching newbies. We will teach you all you need to know and simplify the confusing bits and bobs for you.
Yes, you can train wherever you wish! We can mix + match and switch things up whenever!
No, our shift in 12 program is a one off group coaching program which goes live 3 x a year. This challenge is designed to achieve a result within 12 weeks and the best transformation wins a prize!
